Gutter Cleaning & Repair Services

Here’s what’s included and what you can expect from our gutter cleaning service:

Our process:

• On the scheduled day of our visit, we will text with an ETA when the team is on their way (there is no need to be home at the time of service)

• We blow leaves and twigs off your roof with high-powered blowers, so they do not end up back in your gutters.

• We blow out small debris from gutters to get them extra clean.

• We check downspouts to ensure they are clear and snake or dislodge them with a blower if they are not.

• If any debris is laying around after we are done, we blow off decks, driveways, patios, and walkways before we leave.

• We perform a free roof and gutter inspection with photo documentation.

• We will email pictures of your cleaned gutters and an invoice that can be paid securely online, or you can mail a check if you prefer.

• We do offer hand cleaning and bagging of debris for a slightly higher cost, but the vast majority of our customers are 100% satisfied with our base service.

Additional fees: (No additional fees will ever be applied without your prior approval)

• In the rare occurrence, a downspout is compacted and cannot be snaked or unclogged, we can remove the downspout, clean out the compacted debris, and reinstall for $25.

• If there are gutter covers to be removed and reinstalled after cleaning, we charge $2 per linear foot to reinstall screens after cleaning.

• There are additional fees for things like removing & reinstalling gutter screens, slate or cedar shake roofs, etc.

We need to move ladders around and we don’t want any debris falling on your vehicles so please move them at least 10 feet from your home.
